FAQ for 1AM Classes

Are there more classes coming? How do I get info on upcoming classes?
	Yes. We are working on several new exciting classes and you can get info on them by signing up for our mailing list.
Can you send me, or my interested friend a brochure for the classes?
	Unfortunately, there are no physical brochures available.
Do I have to pay the full amount if I know I’m going to miss a class?
	Yes. There are no partial classes so make sure you can make all the dates.
Do I need to bring anything to class?
	You will not need to bring anything to class. However, art supplies for class projects may be required for certain classes. Some of these art supplies will be offered for sale by 1AM.
Do you offer payment plans?
	We don’t have a payment plan for our classes.
Do you offer private classes to groups? Is there a group rate?
	Yes, we offer private classes only to groups of 8 or larger. Group rates will be more competitive as a bulk rate and variable based on how many enroll in the group.
How can I be sure I won't turn into a graffiti vandal?
	We will teach you to respect the art forms and yourself as an artist.
How do I enroll in a 1AM class? What forms of payment do you take?
	There are only two ways to enroll. One way is going to www.toyjunkiesf.com and enrolling under Graffiti Art Classes located in the left column. The 2nd is to walk in and register for a class at 1AM. You cannot register for the class over the phone, or by snail-mail. We accept most credit cards, PayPal, and cash (in-store only). Checks are not recommended because checks will be required clearance prior to successfully reserving a class.
How much are the classes? What are the dates and how long is each class?
	The class prices, sizes, and schedules all vary. Class pricing, sizes, and availability are available online at www.toyjunkiesf.com, or at 1AM. (during 1AM's posted business hours).
What can I do if I can’t make all the classes? Are there makeup classes?
	There are no makeup classes offered so make sure to be on time and make all the dates.
What is the age limits for your class?
	The age limits for each class differ and are posted with each class listing in the description section.
What is your refund policy?
	There are no refunds once you enroll in any class unless the class is cancelled, by 1AM. Students enrolled cannot reschedule, or transfer their class to other persons as substitutes.
Where are the classes held?
	All classes are held at 1AM, located at 1000 Howard Street, San Francisco, CA 94103 Some classes will involve suggested exploratory field trips.
